ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellation Timeframe

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel your order. Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on its way to you, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel it.

 REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Due to the nature of our products refunds are not offered for returned products unless there is a genuine fault with the item. If you receive a faulty product and wish to exchange it for another item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate an exchange due to a fault, please email us at customersupport@lariabeauty.comwith the subject line "Order Return" and include your order number and images of the faulty product in your message. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
  • Original postage fees and return charges are non-refundable by Laria Beauty.
  • The customer must initiate any exchange claim within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and remain unopened.
  • All tags must be securely attached to the product.
  • Laria Beauty shall not be held liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred during international shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to investigate and comprehend these associated charges, as well as their own country's regulations, prior to making a purchase.

 EXCLUDED ITEMS

We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges based on general or specific circumstances. Any products or items will be considered excluded and will not be eligible for exchange if the original packaging has been tampered with.

Packaging and Return Condition

Please ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and all tags must remain securely attached.
